That was why we relaunched our media presence this year to show you how proud we are of our business and the people whose homes we help make safe and homely.

- Being as eco-minded as possible – That means for the environment and your wallet! We only rip things out and install expensive new systems like boilers when we absolutely need to.
- Expert work done by honest experts – If you call us up for an issue but we see a deeper issue (or even a simpler fix that will save you in the long run) we will let you know so you can decide accordingly.
Who is JJ Services?
JJ Services comprises of Founder and Head Engineer Jody Hammond and partner Operations Manager, Clare Lawson. Established in Norwich, JJ Services is a plumbing, heating, renewables, electric and tiling company with a team of trade specialists who know how to get a job done.
Who are you?
After Jody and Clare, third in command is our pup, Bella! In our spare time, we love spending time with our son Blake, eating sushi and relaxing on holidays. But enough about us! For our first blog, we wanted to answer some frequently asked questions about what we do and the industry in general.

None of these tradesmen websites ever have prices on them – how much does a plumber cost?
Much like anything, if you want something done well, you want someone with experience, qualifications and the scope to get it done. To get the best job for you completed and carried out at a competitive rate, it’s better to create a bespoke quote, just for you based on your project.
Money’s a bit tight at the minute but I really need X. Do you have payment/ financial options?
We are soon to launch our financial payment options – we all know too well how difficult it can be to source funds to fix a broken boiler, install renewable heating or other big-ticket items. We want to be able to help you when you’re in a pinch, so watch this space!
What is JJ Services’ background and experience?
Just about everything you can think of. JJ Services has operated in the industrial, commercial and domestic sector with a wealth of experience in plumbing, heating, renewables and electricals. Together, our Head Engineer has about 40 years’ cumulative experience in all of these disciplines. Jody is too busy for it nowadays but he’s also skilled at tiling!

Jody has certificates from BPEC, City & Guilds, EAGIT, LCL Awards, LOGIC and NAPIT.
